DeTrafford have pleasure in announcing the approval of extended planning for City Gardens, phase 3 of our landmark Manchester Gardens scheme.
City Gardens will house 109 units comprising of one/two bed apartments with 6 exclusive triplex penthouses and master penthouse adorning the top three floors of the eleven-storey building, all benefiting from a private roof terrace.
Apartments on the second to eighth floors will also enjoy individual balconies.
The unique interiors take influence from European sourced materials adding an essence that defines DeTrafford’s design philosophy. Selected use of natural wood wall paneling creates bright, open spaces and flowing contemporary lines. The carefully selected materials, appliances and finishing touches only add further prominence to the building.
Outdoor space is characterized by DeTraffords’ trademark communal roof top gardens featuring a sun terrace and picnic area along with access to a public square that will be a focal point of the scheme.
Our long-standing contractor Pochins are undertaking the responsibility of construction at City Gardens, having already been appointed and well under way with constructing Roof Gardens and Sky Gardens.
The Castlefield scheme has seen great progress being made with the three sites rapidly taking shape. Further phases are close behind, with St Georges Gardens being finalised for planning approval and Gallery Gardens and the yet to be named Phase 6, looking to be submitted for planning in the coming months.
