RBH spread cheer across Rochdale schemes

Employee volunteers from RBH warmed up both their vocal chords and the mulled wine with December carol singing sessions.

A team of RBH employee volunteers from across the organisation visited independent living schemes right across Rochdale Borough to sing carols and offer mulled wine and mince pies o tenants. In total over 30 employees took part over three days, visiting 12 different schemes.

Dena Coleman, RBH Transformation Manager, said:

“It was a wonderful day with lots of residents joining in and singing along. Heading out to

each of the Independent Living Schemes was a great chance to catch up with old friends”

Daniel Turner, RBH Volunteering Co-ordinator, said:

“I’m very grateful to all the employees who volunteered to take part. It was a great

opportunity to spread Christmas cheer and spend some time with our residents”
